Baby's exam notes & labs are available in your portal to provide to your pediatric provider. Search in the medical records sections to find the documents.

Once signed, Katherine will upload your signed copy of the Verification of Birth Facts to the 'uploaded documents' section in the portal. This can be used for proof of birth prior to ordering your baby's birth certificate. You must order your personal copy of baby's birth certificate at www.texas.gov (we will never have baby's birth certificate).

Be sure to bookmark this site & save your login info to make it very easy to log in. You will be able to:

-complete your health history prior to your first visit

-sign consents

-access educational information

-access resources about common discomforts in pregnancy

-access your lab work and baby's records

-complete the birth certificate worksheet

An important feature is the message center, where you can send privacy protected notes, change appointments, ask questions, etc to your midwife or discuss your insurance issues with our insurance claims specialist: Maria. You may also hear from Katherine with labs results and instructions that we have asked her to pass along to you.
