How to contact your midwife

First let us say we are so happy and honored to be taking this journey with you and your family!

Communication is a valuable component to midwifery care and we want you to know that you can always reach out to us! For that reason we offer you multiple ways of contacting us!

The midwives numbers are- Olivia 214-460-6575 and Tabby 214-701-2409 and our admin Treva's cell number is 469-515-5355.

- Our general office hours are between 9am-4pm Monday thru Friday.

- Please contact Treva with any questions you have that are not medical related such as scheduling, financial, referral or client portal questions. She will get back to you within the same business day if message is received during general office hours otherwise it will be the next business day.

- If you have a non-emergent question or concern you may either text our personal cell numbers or leave a message here in the portal. If you contact us via these options during general office hours we will get back with you within a couple of hours and if outside of these hours the next business day.

- Understand that during general office hours we may be with a client.

- As your midwives our phone notifications must remain on 24/7 for urgent matters. So we wake for every noise our phones make. Please refrain from texting or calling between the hours of 9pm and 7am unless it is emergent.

- If you have an urgent matter such as:

*contractions that are consistently reoccurring over one hour

*leaking fluid or vaginal bleeding

*emergency episode

****Please call immediately and if the call is not answered the first time call back immediately****
