To contact the midwives urgently, please call 773-232-2299 and press 1 to be connected to the midwife on call. If the midwife is urgently helping another client, your call may go to voicemail and the midwife will return your call in a few minutes. Make sure to leave a voicemail with your first and last name, your phone number, and your concerns.

For non-urgent questions or concerns, please use the ClientCare Portal Message Center. We typically respond in 1-2 business days.

If you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment, please call the birth center during office hours at 773-232-2299, ext 3 to speak with our office staff:

Monday - 9:00am-5:00pm

Tuesday - 11:00am-7:00pm

Wednesday - 11:00am-7:00pm

Thursday - 9:00am-5:00pm
